  CO-OP Checklist

¨ I have notified the Co-op office of my Co-op position.

¨ I have attended a homework briefing session at the Co-op office.


¨ I have met with my Faculty Coordinator to...

      ¨ obtain the special permission card or number for Co-op Course #397 (undergrad) or for Course #537 or #597 (graduate) and
      ¨ to determine the number of credits to register for.

¨ Registrar's Office - - for students leaving campus for their co-op work term -- To verify your "Full-Time Student" status; you do this by using your account in Campus Connection.

      ¨ To use your Campus Connection/PeopleSoft Account to verify your status by: 1) Login into your account -> Click on Student Self Services -> Learner Services -> Academics -> Self Service Enrollement Verification.
      ¨ This action notifies the student of the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), at the bottom it says "Self Service Enrollment Verification" -> click on this to go the NSC website. Now click on -> Current Enrollment for information about this term. Then click on -> "Obtain Enrollment Certificate" it appears on the screen and they can then print it off.


¨ I have advised the following administrative offices of my change in status:

¨ Email Financial Aid (download and print Financial Aid Co-op flyer)
       ¨ Make an appointment to discussion your options!
       ¨ Review web site & complete on-line form at:
                 http://www.und.edu/dept/finaid and select "Co-op Students" on the right menu screen to review Co-op instructions.
¨Email Student Account Services (download and print Student Account Services Co-op flyer)
           ¨ Monitor Student Account by logging into your Campus Connection Account
                    *    Click on Student Self Service
                    *    Click on Learner Services
                    *    Click on Finances
                    *    Click on Student Account Detail
            ¨ Review web site: www.und.nodak.edu/dept/studentaccount/
¨ Monitor your U-mail Account, U-mail is the official means of communication between UND and the students.
¨ Visit www.undpridecard.com to log in and choose your refund preference.
¨Email Housing Office
