1. Log on to www.career.und.edu
2. Scroll down
3. Click 'on employers' under the Career Connect logo (lower left) indicate 'yes' at the security screen.
4. If you have not registered in the system yet, click where it states "new employer partner's click here to register", if you have registered, enter your user name and password to log in.
5. Once in the system:
6. Run your mouse over "Career Events" in the green bar across the top of the page
7. Click on the "Career Events List"
8. Click on the “search” button
9. The title of the event should come up
10. Clicking on the title of the event will give you information about it,
11. Clicking on the word 'register' (on the right) will take you to the registration form.
12. Some information will be automatically filled in. You will need to complete the rest of the registration information.

Registration deadline is Tuesday, January 26, 2010.
If registering after the January 26, deadline; registration fee will be $250 without electrical hook-up.
No more registrations will be accepted after February 1, 2010. Call 701-777-3905 to see if space is available.

What is the registration fee?
Note:
$200 registration fee includes:
- 6 foot table
- registration for up to two representatives ($10 each for more than 2 reps)
- tablecloth, if needed - free parking in the ramp only (or)
- free shuttle service to/from the Hilton Garden/Ramada/Canad Inns
- lunch/snacks/refreshments

or

$225 registration fee includes:
- 6 foot table
- registration for up to two representatives ($10 each for more than 2 reps)
- electricity
- tablecloth, if needed - free parking in the ramp only (or)
- free shuttle service to/from the Hilton Garden/Ramada/Canad Inns
- lunch/snacks/refreshments

The registration fee may be paid by check or credit card.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?


No exceptions

Spring Career Fair: Cancellation notification is appreciated so we may inform students. Refund of the registration fee (minus a $50 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations received up to 10 business days before the date of the fair, by 4pm (CDT). (In this case, January 26^th).


There is no refund of the registration fee for cancellations after 4pm on January 26^th.

Who is invited to the Spring Career Fair?
UND undergraduate and graduate students in all fields of study. UND alumni are invited and encouraged to attend the Fall Career Fair as well. We also extend an invitation to the student body of colleges/universities in the tri-state area.

The Spring Career Fair is not open to the general public.

Where is the Spring Career Fair held?
The Spring Career Fair will be held in the Wellness Center Main Gym on UND’s Campus.

Refer to the map in the itinerary brochure emailed to the registered contact person.

From North on I-29. Drive South on I-29. Take exit 141 for US-2/Gateway Drive toward City Center.Turn left on to Gateway DriveTurn right on to North 42ndStreet. Turn left on to 6th Avenue NorthTurn Left on to Princeton Street

From South on I-29. Drive North on I-29. Take exit 140 for DeMers Avenue Exit. Turn left on to North 42nd Street. Turn right on to 6th Avenue North Turn Left on to Princeton Street.

From the West on Hwy 2 (and the Airport). (From the Airport) Turn left off of the airport road on to Hwy 2. Continue East on Highway 2. Turns into Gateway Drive once in GF. Turn right on to North 42nd Street. Turn left on to 6th Avenue North Turn Left on to Princeton Street.

From East on Hwy 220. Drive West on Highway 220 (MN).Turns into Gateway Drive on the ND side. Turn left on to North Columbia RoadTurn right on to 6th Avenue North. Turn right on to Princeton Street.

Where can I unload my vehicle and park for the Spring Career Fair?

LOADING/UNLOADING

Enter and exit on the east side of the Wellness Center, There will be staff available to assist with displays. Free parking is available in the paved lot adjacent to the main entrance .

Pease do not park in front of the Wellness Center , you will be ticketed.
