The Job Search Process

'

The place where you can get in detail information about the material for the Job search process

Knowing what is ahead is always the best strategy. When seeking a professional career, it is especially important to know what the search process is all about. Writing a GREAT résumé does not always yield the results you assume. Understanding the steps of job search planning not only helps you develop your job searching tools but also gives you the flexibilities you need to vary your job searching approach with your targeted companies.

Like with all building projects you need tools. In this section, we will give the hints and help you with the contents of your ‘tool bag’. Select from the menu on the left to develop the tools for your ‘tool bag’. It is best to start from the top and review ALL of the sections.

We are here to assist you - just ask! Please call 777-3904 and make an appointment. Better yet – start by attending our many workshops we offer through out the semester or use our on-line presentations. You will find all sorts of help in our Job Search Center (Link this to http://www.career.und.edu/CareerServices/JobSearch_default.asp)!
